Winclub Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the winclub platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the winclub platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the winclub platform.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and winclub as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.

The winclub platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of winclub services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Winclub will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process is required for identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method. This information is stored securely in accordance with the platform's privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

User Security Responsibilities

Use a strong and unique password for your winclub account.
Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Use of the winclub platform is subject to the following rules. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt winclub's security systems.
Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, forgery, or money laundering.
Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation.
Abusing bonuses or promotions through dishonest means, including opening multiple accounts.
Publishing harmful, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content through any interactive feature on the platform.

Winclub reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the winclub platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Winclub supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, and online banking, making it quick and secure for Malaysian users to deposit and withdraw.

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit page within your account and may vary depending on the payment method selected. All deposits are final once credited to your account. Winclub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with winclub's internal verification procedures. Your first withdrawal requires a successful KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, are as stated on the Withdrawal page within your user account. Winclub reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if there are indicators of suspicious activity.

Bonus Terms

Any bonuses or promotions offered by winclub are subject to the specific bonus terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Users are required to fulfil the stipulated wagering requirements before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn. Misuse of promotions may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The winclub platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winclub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Winclub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical service disruptions.

Account Suspension & Closure

Winclub reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or system abuse. In the event of account closure due to a violation, the account balance may be held pending the outcome of the investigation. Users may appeal an account closure decision by contacting the winclub support team.

Intellectual Property

All content on the winclub platform, including logos, designs, text, images, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of winclub or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission from winclub.

Third-Party Links

The winclub platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Winclub is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Winclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the winclub platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
